As a growing global health insurance provider, Medicare International needed to expand its London office

With the complexities of IT and physical space and costs associated to on-premise technologies, there was a need to find a group level partner who could offer best of breed IT over a WAN – Wide Area Network

The Solution

Medicare are part of the global April Group, as are April UK which is an existing BOM customer with offices in Bristol. The decision was taken to:

Extend the existing BOM supported Microsoft environment and share the services, including Microsoft Exchange, Backup and Replication and Remote Application Delivery

With client installed endpoints, BOM installed and configured using a Microsoft Terminal Services server for resilient application delivery
