January 2017: HP Battery Recall

In January 2017, in cooperation with various government regulatory agencies, HP announced an expansion of its ongoing worldwide voluntary safety recall and replacement program for certain notebook computer batteries, which was announced in June 2016. The program has been expanded to include additional batteries that were shipped with the same notebook products. These batteries have the potential to overheat, posing a fire and burn hazard to customers.

August 2016: Crendon Timber move into Clue House

Paul Williams from Bruton Knowles’ Great George Street office has completed the second letting in as many months on behalf of BOM Ltd at Clue House in Hengrove, this time to Crendon Timber, who have re-located from their former office at Osprey Court in Whitchurch.

Crendon has taken 1,478 sq ft at Clue House – being the remainder of the first floor office suite following the earlier letting to Highcroft Vet Group.

Head of Agency Paul Williams said infrastructure projects such as the South Bristol Link Road and the MetroBus project will greatly improve accessibility to and from the area and this was proving to be a real draw for businesses looking to move or expand in the area.

June 2016: Clue House office for veterinary practise

Bristol veterinary practice Highcroft Pet Care has agreed a deal to take office space at Clue House in Hengrove. Acting on behalf of BOM Group, Bruton Knowles let the part first floor of the unit on Central Park in the South Bristol 'Golden Triangle' which runs from the Paintworks to the Bottle Yard Studios and Filwood Green Business Park. Highcroft Pet Care, part of CVS Group, plans to use Clue House to provide administrative offices and a call centre to serve its network of veterinary practices throughout the region.
