Paul Williams from Bruton Knowles’ Great George Street office has completed the second letting in as many months on behalf of BOM Ltd at Clue House in Hengrove, this time to Crendon Timber, who have re-located from their former office at Osprey Court in Whitchurch.Crendon has taken 1,478 sq ft at Clue House – being the remainder of the first floor office suite following the earlier letting to Highcroft Vet Group. Head of Agency Paul Williams said infrastructure projects such as the South Bristol Link Road and the MetroBus project will greatly improve accessibility to and from the area and this was proving to be a real draw for businesses looking to move or expand in the area.
Being a family business is at the heart of who we are, and one of the reasons why we have been trading for over 50 years, providing technology and IT services to businesses across Bristol and the South West. And it was for the third year running that we took great pleasure in presenting ‘Family Business of the Year’ at this year’s Bristol Business Post Awards, held at Ashton Gate Stadium in June. The award recognises family run businesses that have achieved significant growth and development in recent years, and we were delighted to present the award to local butcher and catering supplier company John Sheppard, who have been butchers in Bristol and serving the wider community for over 50 years.
