- Unlimited telephone support within normal working hours (9.00am to 5.30pm)
- Onsite desktop support - 8 hour response x 4 hour fix
- Onsite server support - 4 hour response x 4 hour fix
- Support for desktop, laptop, server and network hardware
- Support for peripherals, such as printers and scanners
- Support for operating systems and back office software and networks
- Replacement equipment if hardware removed for repair
- Rapid remote dial-in support
- All network/desktop/server hardware covered against failure
- Regular remote and onsite support dependent on needs
