Our Platinum Service offers a complete Managed Solution and provides the following support for desktops, laptops, servers and back office software:

  • A complete audit of your IT desktop hardware and operating systems
  • Unlimited telephone support within normal working hours (9.00am to 5.30pm)
  • Onsite desktop support - 8 hour response x 4 hour fix
  • Onsite server support - 4 hour response x 4 hour fix
  • Support for desktop, laptop, server and network hardware
  • Support for peripherals, such as printers and scanners
  • Support for operating systems and back office software and networks
  • Replacement equipment if hardware removed for repair
  • Rapid remote dial-in support
  • All network/desktop/server hardware covered against failure
  • Regular remote and onsite support dependent on needs
